The system supports PDF, Word, Excel and image formats with no file size limits on paid plans.

When you upload a document, you can set an expiry date. Make Safety Easy automatically sends email and in-app notifications at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before expiration. Expired documents are flagged in the dashboard so nothing slips through the cracks. You can also assign renewal responsibility to specific team members.
