By accessing or using Make Safety Easy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Make Safety Easy is a cloud-based workplace safety management platform that provides incident reporting, toolbox talk management, inspection tracking, Workers' Comp/light duty management, document storage, and compliance reporting tools.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the Service. You may export your data at any time.
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Service's operation, or upload malicious content.
We target 99.8% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
Make Safety Easy is a tool to assist with safety management. It does not replace professional safety advice, regulatory compliance programs, or qualified safety personnel. We are not liable for workplace incidents or regulatory penalties.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted unless you request an export.
These terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
